Is this an Obama Apology?

Is this the President-Elect's apology to the gay community.

[I am adding this note after deeper thought - which is what my blog is about!!]

Thank you President-Elect Obama. 

I was disappointed at your first choice, 

very disappointed. But allowing the Bishop 

to speak Sunday is a wonderful way to include 

us in the weeks events and the fantastic 

history that it will be known for. But we will 

never know if it is, as I'm sure it is, 

a political act. Had it not been political you 

would have made some sort of announcement 

within hours of your first bad choice. But again 

thank you for thinking of us whatever the 

reason - thoughts are very important.

Military Ball -- Worldwide

"President-elect Obama is planning an inaugural ball exclusively for members
of the military, and his Presidential Inauguration Committee is working with the
Defense Department to have the bash broadcast around the world."

I think this is just a wonderful, moral boosting thing to do for those in uniform.

Gays Should State Their Displeasure

All gays and those that feel offended with our President-Elect's choice for the Inauguration speech should be sure to voice there displeasure if polled by any Polling firm. Obama needs to really hear our displeasure; where it hurts. In his polling numbers let him know we are a number to be counted.

Let's pray this is why he made this uncaring move. And not that he is suddenly anti gay.
