Finally the US Court does the right thing and gives the ax to DADT which in the first step of Judaical wrangling is dead.

That employees now will have the burden of proof in age discrimination cases is just totally wrong of the Supreme court to have "Written Law" again; Congress must now act to correct this travisty of injustice. Glad to see that Senator Patrick Leahy, the Senate Judiciary Committee chairman, agrees.

I wanted to save this article to be able to look at it later. The importance of this case will be huge. First after the election and; secondly its effect on many Presidential elections.

Further will there be any additional actions, before or after the election regarding Ohio, or for that matter any other state.

The "Republi-scums" indeed must be getting stone drunk over the Courts rule that they can not steal the election, in Ohio.

Now there's the threat to go to the Ohio state supreme court; which mounts an interesting question, what are they now up to now. Someone better have some emergency writs ready for the U.S. Supreme court.
