crime the FDA has totally no write to set moral

This link shows a quote from Politico fromthe President today [12MAR09] that if there was harm to US citizens he would consider National Gard Troops at the boarder.  Here in Phoenix (AZ) we have had almost 500 people alone kidnapped by the drug lords of Mexico.
